PRICING
EQUIPMENT
Included in your studio hire to make life easy is a custom made rolling desk and Eames office chair with an Icelandic sheepskin (affectionately named MooMoo). We also have blockout blinds to control any natural light you might not want to use and a camera stand, because lets face it, in a studio it’s often better than a tripod! You’ll also find a range of light stands, C Stands, sand bags, floating around for you to use if you wish.
We have a range of professional and affordable lighting equipment available for hire should you require anything additional for your shoot. Simply select 'YES' to equipment hire in your booking request, and we will send you a form for you to select what you require. See details of what's available on the Equipment Page.
ACCESS & PARKING
With 3 stacked off street carparks (depending on the size of your ride) and plenty more on street should your team be on the bigger side, and easy single level access for loading gear through the bi-fold doors.
CATERING
We don't cater, we like to keep things simple and it's just not our specialty! However we know how important it is to keep the team happy and that's why Ari is situated in the food mecca of Kingsland; the choices are endless. From the infamous Bakers Cottage just across the road to the likes of Bluebells, The Fridge, Greenleaf Organics, Atomic; the list goes on.
SECURITY
We've installed state of the art digital systems to streamline security. You'll be sent a personal entry code valid for the date and time of your booking that will gain you access to the premises and turn off the security system. This way you get the space all to yourself and can come and go as you please; but don't worry, we're just a call away if you need us!
A booking is considered firm after receiving any written or verbal confirmation.
STUDIO HIRE
If the Customer wishes to cancel or postpone a confirmed studio booking this must be done at least 72 hours before the hire period starts or 50% of the full equipment, personnel or studio booking rate will apply.
EVENT HIRE
If the Customer wishes to cancel or postpone a confirmed event booking this must be done at least 21 days before the hire period starts or 50% of the full booking rate will apply.
CANCELLATIONS
Ari Atelier follows the strict guidelines of the New Zealand government in regards to Covid19. Should you encounter disruption to your confirmed studio, venue or equipment booking due to government enforcement, your booking is considered postponed and will be rescheduled free of charge to an alternative date that suits.
